By purchasing from our website (www.petitevienna.com.au), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via Paypal (including Visa or Mastercard). Payments must be received in full and cleared before your order will be dispatched. Note customers do not need a Paypal account to process a payment (Paypal allows customers to process payments as a ‘Guest‘ using Visa or Mastercard).
PROCESSING
Order processing begins immediately after your payment has cleared and an order confirmation email has been generated. Orders cannot be changed or altered once processing has commenced. This includes coupons, which must be entered at the time of sale in order to be valid. Please do not email us to change items within your order. To exchange a colour or size, please refer to our Returns Policy (below).
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping fee is automatically calculated during checkout. All order includes tracking. Items are usually dispatched on 2-3 business days following that on which we receive payment from you in full. If there is a delay to your order being shipped we will let you know as soon as is reasonably practicable. Please ensure you track your order. If you are not home to receive your order, a card will be left advising the location of the nearby Australia Post facility that Australia Post sent your parcel to. To collect your parcel, simply take your card, proof of identity (with your signature), and proof of address to the Post Office listed on your card. If you're planning to send someone else to collect the item on your behalf, remember to fill out the agent authorisation on the card. Your order will be held by Australia Post for a period of 10 business days only. Failure to pick up your parcel will mean that the item will be returned to our warehouse. If this occurs, you will be charged a redelivery fee of $8.00.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international delivery are shipped via DHL Global Mail, and once arrived at destination country, parcel will be handled by each country's national postal service. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking number to get active.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer exchange or refunds within 14 days of the date of delivery on FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY. Items can only be exchanged or refunded if they are unused and in their original packaging. A copy of your invoice/receipt must also be included. The cost of returning items for exchange or refund is to be paid by the customer (including a redelivery fee of $8.00 for exchanges). Please make sure that any returns are packaged securely and are posted using a traceable method (such as Registered Post). Sale items are non refundable or exchangeable so please choose carefully. All refunds or exchanges require a Return Authorisation Form before you return the items. This can be obtained by contacting us.
FAULTY ITEMS
We have 6 months warranty. We appreciate your purchase and aim for 100% satisfaction. Please contact us immediately should there be any issues upon receipt of your order. Please note a replacement or partial/full refund of the goods in question shall be considered full and final settlement of the matter and we hereby disclaim any and all other liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. As stated above, our liability to you shall be limited to providing a replacement or partial/full refund for defective goods upon the same being returned, and the alleged defective condition being confirmed by us. Please note that general wear and tear is not grounds for a faulty replacement.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose any information submitted by you to any third parties, nor will we keep any of your personal details on file.
